A chuckwow would spoil the pleasure

April 2009:

I’m going to have a hard time rating this one, I thought to myself halfway through the session. As proper massages go, this is far from what it should be. Yet I am enjoying every moment of this immensely, which can only mean he’s doing something right. Very right!

Once again, I had ordered a two-hour scrub+massage session at Candle T Spa, a place where I have never, and I mean never, been disappointed.

I selected Yod from the photo album, in which there were 19 boys featured, of which 10 were said to be available. There was something about the smile that had me smitten, though the body was nothing outstanding.

He began the massage well enough, with some warm-up presses through a warm towel, followed by medium firm effleurage and other standard Swedish strokes. Like many in Candle T Spa, he applied long strokes, e.g. starting from the back of the thigh, sweeping up to the shoulder blades and back down again.

But when he got to the (back of) legs, I noticed that the pressure had lightened considerably. Hand strokes were also interspersed with finger teasing – to very sensual effect – and it wasn’t long before the occasional brushing of the groin and scrotum became devoted attention to these parts.

After the turnover, there was more of the same, eventually becoming a focussed chuckwow. I also noticed that by then, his T-shirt had come off, though his traditional-style baggy pants were still on.

A chuckwow would spoil everything, I decided. There’s no subtlety in it. So I told him I didn’t want to come; instead he should continue to play my entire body like a harp. OK, I didn’t quite say it like that, because he wouldn’t have understood, but he got my message and gave me many minutes more of sheer bliss.

Technical standard of the massage: 7/10. Sensuality rating 9/10.

Yod, 25, was about 167 cm tall, 63 kg he said (but he looked more than 60 kg to me), and an S1. He had a sweet smile, and was handsomely (foolishly, madly) tipped despiteit being a no-sex session.

candlettspa_masseurs64aCandle T Spa does not have a salubrious location. I mean, it’s in a parking garage, for goodness sake. Once inside the shop however, everything is cool and peaceful. The world is shut out, the service always excellent.

I don’t know if all the rooms are the same, or if I got a special room because I ordered a scrub+massage, but the one assigned to me had an ensuite shower, spotlessly clean, with a good flow of hot water. The massage itself was done on a raised bed with a face-well. Lighting in the room was placed correctly (low) and subdued with appropriate shading.

With a scrub+massage, I showered three times, and each time was given a fresh towel. Few places compare.

The following details were correct at the time of my visit; they may be different by the time you read this.

Charges:

  • Oil massage, 90 minutes: 900 baht.
  • Scrub+massage, 120 minutes: 1,500 baht.

Open from 13:00 h to 22:00 h daily.

Website: Candle T used to have a website (www.candletspa.com) but it is now defunct. Its sister shop Candle T Plus ( www.candlettspa.com – yes, there’s a double T) has very similar details. [Update: 13 August 2009: Candle T Plus is now closed, but its website is still alive - for now].

Candle T Spa is located inside the parking garage of Rama 4 City Court, located on Soi Plukjit 1. See Directions to Lumphini Plukjit.

  1. Dear Friend
It was very nice to read some of your stories, exiting ones.I m going to be in Bangkok 5 days starting this saturday, could you recomend a spa that I can go and play a LITTLE?
I like tall guys but solid even beefy types, hairy is aplus, please give me some advise on my email if you can
    Thank you

  2. I don’t know what you mean by “little”. You just want to touch/fondle him, but no real sex?

  3. I’m sorry, but I have to say I told you so. I left a comment (or maybe email) last year and told you about this place. You call it Candle T Spa, but I know it as Gents Spa. http://www.gentspa.net/ See their website? Does your photo look familiar? There are two or three places right there, so maybe they use different names on different doors, but with the same facilities/boys/etc.? Who knows.

Anyway, I said how amazing it was and you poo-poo it, saying something to the effect of “they say they forbid anything sexual, not my kinda place.”

I’ve got a huge smile on my face now because this is by far the best massage/happy ending place I have ever been to in Thailand. Agreed, I haven’t been to them all, but nothing ever compares. Whoops, I will say that I had one rather uninspired massage there once. But it still beat the places that rub your back for 5 minutes and then try to f-ck you. You have now been officially bitten by the Gents Spa bug. Hehe.

  4. Candle tspa and Gents spa is in the same block. I think they used to have the same owners but not now.
I also always enjoy my masage at Candle Tspa.

  5. Candle Paradise spa at Rama 4 City Court (Soi Plukjit area) has recently opened on July 1, 2009. We beleive the new management will ensure the spa experience of every guests. Our massuers are all well trained or re-trained. Come and feel for a distinctive spa experience now!

You may visit our web site for details: http://www.cpspa-bkk.com or call at 02-2511-009 for inquiries.

  6. I notice a comment placed here by Candle Paradise Spa that takes the form of an advertisement. I generally would frown on this kind of commercial invasion of a private blog, but I will allow this comment to stand so that I can make a point hereunder:

Candle Paradise Spa SHOULD NOT be confused with Candle T Spa – the subject of this blogpost. I notice that Candle Paradise has been advertising its “opening” at many places, tending to confuse people. I’m not sure if the confusion is deliberate, but I hope to signal clearly to readers that the two are not the same.
